Student FAQs

1) Where will the classes meet?

Class will meet all over Charlotte and surrounding areas.  They could be in a conference room style, living room style, or business venues such as a restaurant.  The class location is located on the class details when you sign up for a class.  There is a google map to help you with the directions. 

2) Is the class listing of the same classes all the time?

Some classes may repeat but there will always new classes that will be added throughout the year.  Check back often or join our facebook fan page and as we add new classes we will post them.  Also, new classes will be labeled as “new” on the website.  

3)  Can I ask for a class that is not listed?

If you have an interest for a class that we do not have on the site, please contact us at info@lsncharlotte.com as we would love to hear your ideas.  If you desire a current class in a different location, we’ll be glad to see if we accommodate the class in a different venue for further sessions.

4)  How long are the classes?

Classes can be as short as an hour or two to longer full day or multi-day sessions.  Sometimes they meet for one time and other times it maybe over a series of days.  This information is located in the class details.

5)  If I cannot make it to a class, do I contact the instructor?

We do not give out instructor informaiton to protect privacy, but you should contact Learn Something New and follow the process in our Cancellation Policy.

6)  How do I sign up?

There are multiple ways to sign up for a class.  You can go to www.lsncharlotte.com or use our other methods outlined in How to Enroll.
