Mi Choi

Mi Choi arrived in the area from South Korea 7 years ago. She has worked in the Sushi industry ever since, supplying Sushi to major grocery stores in the area as well as having her own business.  A true professional, making Sushi is natural for her as all Korean and Japanese women grow up eating
and watching their mothers make sushi on daily basis.
