Description:

This is a hands-on class!  You will learn from a professional how to make three kinds of Sushi such as California Roll, Tuna Nigiri, and Spicy Tuna Roll. You will receive a copy of the recipes and ingredients for each kind of Sushi with the sauce.  In addition you will learn basic informations about the history of Sushi, how the seaweed nori is made, and how to cook rice.
